Activities

Publishing of Atlas

C&D has a large experience of the realization and the publishing of thematic atlas and of documents destined to the national and regional development in collaboration with:

• States (France, Switzerland, United Nations- PNUD, Burkina-Faso, Niger, Madagascar)
• Regions (Rhone-Alpes, Burgundy, limousin, Corsica)
• Private or public departments and organisms (INSEE, Prefectures, Nature Reserves Department of Education, Equipment, Health, Tax services, Chambers of farming, Committees of Economic Expansion...)

These documents are conceived to be real instruments of analysis of a region or of an activity.
We ensure the whole command of it : conception, search for the authors, cartography, making-up, printing.

Studies - Councils

C&D makes impact studies, market researches which deal with localized data. They will permit to localize potentialities, to follow an evolution in time and to set commercial targets or targets of developing: study of a region at the level of towns, of a town at the level of quarters or zones of action of agencies spread over an area...

We intervene in all the phases of the study : methodology, search for the indicators, statistical processing, cartographical representation.

C&D make works of cartography on request, we have for this an important cartographical data bank at our disposal.

• Inventory boards (demography, agricultural censuses, tourism, health, education, industry)
• cadastral cartography (tax services), boards of information for local communities
• educational boards for education
• cartography of publishing (économy, political maps, polls résultts , history)

Formation

C&D ensures modules of cartography and statistical processing training and sets up workgroups of cartography - CAP - publishing in foreign departments in Africa on plans of the United Nations or of the Peace Corps (Burkina-Faso, Niger, Madagascar).
